Refund Policy

1. Non-Refundable Purchases

• Payments for completed interviews are non-refundable.
• If an interview has started and any response has been submitted, refunds cannot be issued.

2. Refundable Situations

• Duplicate charges due to system or payment gateway errors.
• Payment was deducted but the interview did not start due to a Previea technical issue.
• The interview session crashed due to a verified Previea system failure.
• The user entered the interview session but left before any question was generated or attempted.

3. Refund Method

• Approved refunds will be provided as interview balance (credits) added to the user’s account.
• No monetary refunds will be issued.
• The refunded interview balance will be available within 24 hours of approval.

4. Conditions for Requesting a Refund

• Submit the request within 7 days of payment.
• Provide transaction details and supporting proof if required.

5. No Refund Cases

• Unstable internet connection on the candidate’s side.
• Device, microphone, or camera issues.
• Candidate voluntarily leaving the interview after questions are generated.
• Changing your mind after payment.
• Selecting the wrong package or interview type.
• Violations of interview rules (e.g., anti-cheating triggers).

6. Processing Time

Once approved, the refund will be processed as interview credits and added to the user’s account within 24 hours.
