2. Use of the Platform
- You may not misuse the platform for fraudulent activities.
- You must not attempt to bypass AI monitoring or cheat during interviews.
- Employers must use candidate data strictly for recruitment purposes.
3. AI Interview Rules
- Previea uses automated scoring and evaluation systems.
- AI feedback does not necessarily represent employer opinions.
- Candidates must ensure stable internet and a functioning device.
4. Payments & Charges
- Payment must be completed before starting a paid interview.
- Once started or completed, payments are final (except verified technical failures caused by Previea).
- Payments are non-transferable between users or accounts.
- Users are responsible for selecting the correct package before confirming payment.
- Previea reserves the right to update pricing at any time.
5. Data Usage
By using Previea, you allow us to:
- Process resume and interview data.
- Provide results and analytics.
- Share profiles with employers (as permitted).
6. Account Suspension
Previea may suspend or terminate accounts if:
- Fraud, cheating, or misuse is detected.
- False information is provided.
- Platform abuse occurs.
7. Limitation of Liability
- Device or hardware issues.
- Internet or network disruptions.
- Employer hiring decisions.
- AI evaluation outcomes.
8. Changes to Terms
We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of Previea means you accept the updated Terms.
